Welcome to our exploration of food heritage, a journey that takes us deep into the flavors, techniques, and traditions that have defined our culinary past.

The Final Cookbook concept was born of a small-scale project in an EPFL course: Foundation of Digital Humanities. Students Ghali Ghraibi and Xiaotian Su conducted an exploration of the “Recettes Des Provinces De France” cookbook, conducting a series processes in an effort to unearth insights into historical ingredient usage across French provinces.
